Individual dining chair: the maximum weight limit is 300 lbs./136 kg

Individual bar chair: the maximum weight limit is 300 lbs./136 kg

Individual chaise lounge: the maximum weight limit is 300 lbs./136 kg

Two person swing or glider: the maximum combined weight limit is 600 lbs./272 kg (300lbs./136 kg per individual).

Should your frame fail structurally due to substandard metals or welds during normal use within the warranty period, Plantation Patterns Furniture Company, LLC. will repair or replace the defective piece at no charge. Finish is warranted against blistering or peeling for the warranty period as long as the unit has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips due to normal use or fading from exposure to the elements are not covered under this warranty. All metal surfaces are protected with a powder-coating process to prevent rust. Rusting is a normal occurrence when iron or steel is exposed to the elements such as salt air or sea spray, and is not covered under this warranty. Damage to frame or welds due to unauthorized use in a commercial setting, improper assembly or exposure to water and freezing temperatures or abuse is not covered under this warranty.

Please use caution to safeguard your Plantation Patterns furniture from harsh elements and inclement weather. Outdoor furniture covers are recommended.

Fabrics on cushions and umbrella covers are warranted against separation at the seams for a period of one (1) year. Fading, mildew and mold due to exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills is not covered under this warranty. Cushions and  umbrella covers may be cleaned with a sponge or soft cloth by hand with a mild soap and water solution. Use clean water to rinse. Dry completely by turning cushions on end and allow to drip dry. Never machine wash, soak or machine dry cushions or umbrella covers. Do not use solvents or bleach to clean the fabric. Failure to follow these guidelines will void the warranty.

Excluded from the warranty are any products used for commercial, contract or non-residential purposes, display models or clearance items, or items purchased “as is”, damage caused by acts of nature, lack of proper care and maintenance, vandalism, fire and abuse.

Exclusion also includes time for loss of use, inconvenience, travel, packaging or any other incidental or consequential damages. Lack of original receipt will void warranty. At no time shall Plantation Patterns' responsibility exceed the replacement value of the product. Plantation Patterns reserves the right to substitute similar product of same quality if model in question is no longer in production or available.

Additional warranty exclusions:

• Improper assembly
• Fading and discoloration of all frames and cushions from exposure to the elements, chemicals or fluids
• Hardware against corrosion or rusting
• Splitting or buckling of metal frame from exposure to water and freezing temperatures are not covered
• Wind damage to umbrellas
• Storm damage and damage from exposure to the elements is not covered by our exclusive warranty
